⟡ Main research areas
1. Analysis and calculation of mechanical properties of composite materials
The macroscopic mechanical properties of composite materials under the circumstances of multi-field coupling are more complicated. The homogenization method established on the basis of the multi-scale finite element method establishes an effective connection between the material microstructure properties and the material macroscopic responses, which is a premise and basis for the reliability analysis and optimal design of the structure of subsequent composite materials.

2. Reliability design of structures under multi-field coupling
The dynamic response analysis of the mechanical structure under the excitation of multi-field coupling loads of force, heat, and noise, and other dynamic loads is a prerequisite for structural reliability and failure identification; The dynamic reliability-based structural optimization is the ultimate goal and choice of structural design.

3. Structural vibration analysis and control
Targeted at structures such as aerospace equipment, and ultra-light porous materials, achieve the active and passive control of structural vibration and acoustic radiation based on the piezoelectric transducers, and propose optimization schemes for control parameters.

7. Topology optimization design of bionic structural materials
With the bionic structural system as the research object, apply the theories and methods of the topology optimization design of continuum structures to carry out the overall layout design of the multiphase (bionic) material structures. Based on the variable density method, propose an asymptotically concentrated topology optimization method based on the solid isotropic material with logistic function (SIMLF), and carry out numerical simulation to the topology optimization of multi-material structures with the method proposed.
